1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 12jeez website accessible at https://12jeez.vip and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers, or transacts on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any eligible bonus amounts.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by 12jeez subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" / "Taka" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 To open an Account and use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;

2.2 By submitting a registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you personally. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.3 12jeez reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or any government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 12jeez may result in the suspension or closure of your Account.

2.4 Players are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening a second Account — whether under the same name, a different name, or through a shared device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. 12jeez may, at its sole discretion, close any duplicate accounts and void any winnings or bonuses accrued across those accounts.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

3.2 You must notify 12jeez immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. 12jeez will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.

3.3 12jeez will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure, your sharing of credentials with a third party, or your use of a shared or public device to access the Platform.

3.4 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not, except to the extent that such activity is directly caused by a failure of 12jeez's security systems.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 All financial transactions on 12jeez are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated within your Account dashboard.

4.2 Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 12jeez reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 12jeez is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile financial services.

4.4 Withdrawals are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. 12jeez aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 30 minutes once approved.

4.5 All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the relevant Account subjected to a compliance review.

4.6 12jeez reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where suspicious activity has been flagged.

4.7 Deposits are not subject to any processing fee charged by 12jeez. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 12jeez accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 12jeez offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

5.2 All bonuses are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is made. General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal;
• Bonus wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each individual offer. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your balance;

5.3 Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering patterns, or use of restricted payment methods for bonus-qualifying deposits — will have their bonus entitlement permanently revoked and may have their Account closed.

6 Game Rules and Conduct

6.1 All games available on 12jeez are supplied by licensed third-party Game Providers. The rules for each individual game are governed by the rules of that game as published by the relevant Game Provider, and those rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6.2 All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes observed by live camera. 12jeez does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with games;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or bugs. Any winnings resulting from a known or exploited technical error are void and will be removed from your Account;
• Placing bets that, in 12jeez's reasonable judgement, represent an attempt to guarantee a profit through exploiting bonus terms or game mathematics ("bonus abuse", "arbitrage betting");
• Any activity that disrupts the normal functioning of the Platform or adversely affects the experience of other players.

6.4 12jeez reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is clear evidence of technical malfunction, regardless of the displayed outcome. Players will be notified and any stakes will be returned to the Account balance.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 12jeez is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gambling behaviour, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your Account;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total net losses you may incur within a defined period;

8 Account Closure and Termination

8.2 12jeez reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Detection of multi-accounting or use of prohibited software.

8.3 Where an Account is closed by 12jeez due to a breach of these Terms, 12jeez reserves the right to withhold any pending bonus balances and, in cases of fraud, to withhold any real-money balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by 12jeez's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

9.2 12jeez uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your financial information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

11.2 12jeez does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible, but emergency downtime may occur without advance notice.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1 12jeez reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 12jeez will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address or phone number registered on your Account.

12.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 8.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

14 Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 12jeez with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
